MAJOR DUTIES: Directs the activities of all Recruiters to insure that 100% of weekly and monthly goal is attained. If projections are below draw goal levels, will assume responsibility to recruiting additional donors needed. Coordinates with Donor Services to insure that all information pertaining to scheduled blood drives is communicated in a timely and accurate manner. Insures that drives are scheduled by Recruiters in compliance with standard procedures to insure that adequate staffing is available without unnecessary overtime. Monitors and evaluates Recruiter's drives for effectiveness and efficiency. Insures that calendar projections for 30 - 60 - 90 days are within required limits. REQUIREMENTS: College degree or equivalent, with major studies in Marketing, Communication or a related area. Must have prior work experience in sales or marketing which involved a high degree of public contact and visibility. 3 - 5 Years prior supervisory experience, having demonstrated effective leadership abilities and/or have successfully completed supervisory training courses as may be identified by the Company. Must be self-motivated, dependable, punctual and have demonstrated effective organizational and communication skills.
