Local law enforcement and fire fighters host Cuffs & Hoses blood drives in May

May 5, 2017 — Shreveport, La. —  Cuffs & Hoses Blood Drives will be hosted by local law enforcement and fire fighters from Friday, May 5 through Thursday, May 25, 2017. These organizations are inviting the public to join them in donating blood to help others. Participating blood donors will receive a limited edition Cuffs & Hoses t-shirt, while supplies last.

“Our area’s first responders, those that serve and protect our community, are giving even more by donating blood and asking the public to participate. Many in this group have seen that having blood available for victims of emergencies and trauma-related accidents can make a life-saving difference and they already donate regularly,” says Tina Martinez, spokesperson for LifeShare Blood Centers.
